I then thought I would call to ensure that the message about non pick-up was received and was re-directed to the contact form online which I had already used. I then emailed Wolf and Badger the same morning to let them know. so thought I had better be safe) I waited a whole morning for the courier - no show. I took time off work (anxious to read about others' experiences with cut-off return times etc. When I contacted Wolf and Badger they kindly rearranged a pick up from my home - no explanation as to why the DHL kiosks were not working. I tried to return them and couldn't because the DHL courier kiosks were not working locally. I bought two items over £600 in merchandise from Wolf and Badger. ![]()
